The bed was like a dream, but bless your heart, the hot water was a tad fickle in the mornings. The staff? Now they were as friendly as a summer picnic, always ready to help.

The hotel had a check from authorities and they cant anymore work like hotel. They only rent you a room. They do not clean, do not change towels, do not give breakfast. But for this we got a discount.

Its staff were affable, I felt safe. I got modern room with bathroom upstairs, 1 queen bed as advertised.

The loft was spacious with nice views from the two balconies. The bed was comfy, but there was no couch or easy chair to relax in, just a desk chair. The shower had decent water pressure, but the hot water dipped in the morning. Cleaning was daily, a plus. The kitchen lacked some basic utensils, made cooking tricky. It felt cozy, just needed a bit more in terms of furniture and supplies!

The room is excellent. The hotel seens as a flat in a commercial building, in spite it is fantastic, new roons, people kind and price very very good. I recommend strongly, Oh, in the room there is a complete infra- estructure like microwave, fridge, 2 big lcd tvs and more.
The breakfast is served in the room and delivered at previous night. No problem for us, but...

The location is central. The rooms are brand-new and generally offer it's own balcony and very fast internet. Overall the staff is extremely helpful and professional. We would come here again, everything was perfect...

The location is fantastic. Perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The friendly staff provided helpful tips for my travel plans and left a handy city map in the room. The kitchenette was handy for making light meals.

I had a problem with wi-fi internet and at the first day with the tv cable. The internet problem wasnt solved.

missingWrote a review on 06 Julgreat locationinconsistent water pressureuncomfortable bedinsufficient amenities
The location is excellent, just a short walk from major attractions. The room features a full-size fridge and a small kitchen. The bathroom left much to be desired, with inconsistent water pressure and insufficient amenities like hooks and basic cleaning supplies. The bed was uncomfortable due to short sheets, and a general lack of housekeeping.

The hotel does not have a restaurant. Unfortunately during my stay of 6 nights they had internet connection problem for the last 3 nights and going. I managed 2 nights using BB. The staff was being helpful but their GM was rather rude and would not compensate or make any discounts for my loss of time n business. In the end she offered a lousy 20 discount which is an insult because I hv been in the hotel industry for 10 years as a manager n know what compensations are expected by guests. Its serious matter when u are in a new country for 6 nights and 3N without connectivity in your room, when Iam usually connected all the time to the internet. I stayed because the staff was really good n the hotel located near my appointments.

Inexpensive and in the centre of town. Our room was tastefully decorated.
The hotel has a tiny entrance and no lobby - not even room for a breakfast restaurant. Instead, they deliver stale bread and unrefridgerated and unfresh orange juice and yoghurt to your room the evening before (except, for us, they forgot on the first night despite us asking). The bathroom was tiny. When we first arrived, a chambermaid came into our room without knocking (not realizing we were there). Most of the staff do not speak English or Portuguese. When we asked them to order us taxis they seemed to find the most expensive ones in the city. (Quoted 21,000 pesos to the airport when a cab off the street did it for 11,000; 7,000 to Providencia, when a cab did it for 3,500.) The neighbourhood is dull and a little grotty (a couple of sex shops on the street), although it is walking distance from the Centro's buildings and shopping streets.
